thasmAdh yasya mahAbhAhO nigruhIthAni sarvaSa: |

mahAbhAhO – Oh mighty armed!

yasya indhiryANi – whose sensory organs
indhriyArthEbhya: – from the worldly pleasures
sarvaSa: nigruhIthAni – withdrawn in all manners
thasya – for him
pragyA – knowledge (about the self)
prathishtithA – firmly established.

Oh mighty armed! Thus, for those persons whose sensory organs are withdrawn from the worldly pleasures in all manners, their knowledge (about the self) becomes firmly established.

‘Therefore, O mighty-armed! Whose senses have in every way been withdrawn from their objects, his wisdom (or will) is established.’
Therefore in the manner expounded by Me thus, whoso, with his mind entered into Me -a Holy Subject for contemplation- has his senses in every way completely abstracted from their objects, to him belongs the establishment (or installation) of his wisdom (or will) in ātmā.
