bAhyAn sparSAn – external contacts of sense objects
bahi: kruthvA – shutting out
chakshu: cha – both the eyes
bhruvO: antharE Eva (kruthvA) – fixing between the brows
nAsAbhyanthara chAriNau – which circulate inside nostrils
prANa apAnau – the vital airs such prANa, apAna
samau kruthvA – equalizing
