samaṁ kāya-śiro-grīvaṁ
dhārayann acalaṁ sthiraḥ
samprekṣya nāsikāgraṁ svaṁ
diśaś cānavalokayan

‘Keeping the body, head and neck straight, unmoving and firm, fixing the gaze on the nose-tip1 (so as to be) unwandering into space,’
