nAthyaSnathas thu yOgOsthi na chaikAntham anaSnatha: |
na chAthisvapnaSeelasya jAgrathO naiva chArjuna ||

arjuna – Oh arjuna!
athyaSnatha: thu – one who eats too much
yOga: – practice of yOga
na asthi – does not occur;

anaSnatha: cha – one who eats little
na – practice of yOga does not occur;
athi svapna seelasya cha – for one who sleeps too much
na – practice of yOga does not occur;
jAgratha cha – for one who is always awake
na Eva – practice of yOga does not occur.

Simple Translation

Oh arjuna! The practice of yOga does not occur in one who eats too much or one who eats too little; it does not occur in one who sleeps too much or one who is always awake as well.
