sarvathA varthamAnO’pi sa yogI mayi varthathE ||

word-by-word meaning

sarva bhUtha sthitham mAm – Me who is present in all AthmAs (seeing the equality in the state of previously explained yOga)
Ekathvam Asthitha: – observing the equality (of not having contraction of knowledge)
ya: – whosoever
bhajathi – sees me
sa: yOgI – that yOgi
sarvathA varthamAna: api – in whatever state (even after completing the yOga practice)
mayi varthathE – dwells in me (my equality with all AthmAs)

Simple Translation

Whosoever sees me as present in all AthmAs and observes the equality (of not having contraction of knowledge) between all the AthmAs and me, that yOgi dwells in me in whatever state he is in.

Rendering based on ALkoNdavilli gOvindhAchArya swAmy’s English translation of gIthA bhAshyam

‘He, taking his stand in unity, worships Me, Abidant in all beings, that yogi, in whatever condition he be, dwells in Me.’

Ekatvam-āsthitaḥ=the taking stand, or the being established, in unity, means the eschewing of all the differences arising from material conditions; and the expanding of the yogi’s consciousness[1. According to Ramanuja, consciousness is rendered finite in bondage, and recovers its natural infinite state in freedom.] in his meditative moments, so as to cognize Me as abiding everywhere.

In whatever condition he be means: whether he be immersed in meditation, or awake from out of that state (vyutthāna), or whatever he be in. The yogi so far advanced, seeing his own self and seeing all creatures, ever ‘dwells in Me‘, i.e., ever sees Me alone.

Dwelling in Me means: he ever sees Me and Me alone; i.e., he ever feels that his ātma-nature as well as the ātma-nature of all beings are like Mine.[2. This is the yogi who realizes Vaishṇava Parama-pada, (Vide Śankara’s Commentary).]

The still further advanced stage of meditation is now stated:—
