Delusion is the fanciful or wrong notion in one\u2019s mind. The fancying (<em>sa\u1e45kalpa<\/em>) here alluded to consists in the thought which identifies \u0101tma with <em>prak\u1e5biti<\/em> (matter), and its (the latter\u2019s) gu\u1e47\u0101s (qualities), and mis-conceiving them all as one (principle).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To the <em>moksha-aspirant<\/em>, all the <em>nitya<\/em>[1. The daily duties (<em>nitya<\/em>) are Sn\u0101na, Sandhy\u0101, Vai\u015bvadeva-brahma-yaj\u00f1a, Deva-\u1e5bshi-pit\u1e5bi-tarpa\u1e47a, and Aup\u0101sana.
