Answering means answering the calls of nature, and other excretions from the body.] or grasping, opening the eyes or closing (them)[2. Cp. <em>\u012a\u015ba-Up.<\/em> \u2018Kurvann-ev-eha karm\u0101\u1e47i etc.\u2019].&#8217;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thus, he who is edified concerning \u0101tma-nature, shall reflect thus:\u2014 \u2018Though the senses of perception, \u2014the auditory etc.;\u2014 the senses of action, the voice etc., \u2014and the pr\u0101\u1e47\u0101s (life-breaths)\u2014 all function within their several corresponding objects, <em>I<\/em> virtually do not do any of those actions. For <em>I<\/em> am in reality the conscious entity (and not any of these), and doer-ship for (such) me is <em>derived<\/em> from the senses, pr\u0101\u1e47\u0101s etc., union with which has been forced by (past) deeds; and it, (doer-ship or actor-ship), is not an essential attribute of \u0101tma-nature\u2019.
