Chapter 5<\/a><\/p>\n << Chapter 5 verse 23<\/a><\/p>\n Simple<\/a><\/p>\n yo \u2019nta\u1e25-sukho \u2019ntar-\u0101r\u0101mas ‘Who finds joy within, enjoyment within, and similarly light within alone, he, the brahma-like yogi, attains brahma-bliss.’<\/span><\/p>\n Antas-sukha\u1e25<\/em> is he who feels the desire for the happy \u0101tma-experience, after abrogating the pleasures of external objects.<\/span><\/p>\n Antar-\u0101r\u0101ma\u1e25<\/em> is he who finds his \u0101tma his pleasure-garden. That is to say, his \u0101tma has the capacity, by its inherent qualities, to enhance his (spiritual happiness).<\/span><\/p>\n Similarly, he whose sole light or illumination is the wisdom concerning \u0101tma, is brahma-like yogi<\/em>.
