Chapter 6<\/a><\/p>\n << Chapter 6 verse 26<\/a><\/p>\n praSAnthamanasam hyEnam yOginam sukham uththamam |<\/em> praSAntha manasam – having mind fixed (in AthmA, as said in previous SlOkam) The greatest bliss of self-enjoyment reaches one who is having a fixed mind on the self, who is free from sins, who is relieved of rajO guNam (passion), who is positioned in the true nature of the self and who is engaged in Athma yOgam (yOga of self-enjoyment).<\/p>\n ‘Supreme bliss verily comes to that yogi whose mind has attained peace, whose rajas<\/em>-nature has been calmed, who is stainless and brahma<\/em>-like.’<\/span><\/p>\n \u2018Mind in peace\u2019 means: mind immovably fixed in \u0101tma, or mind placed in \u0101tma.<\/span><\/p>\n From this state, it (naturally) follows that the yogi has had all his stains or sins expunged.<\/span><\/p>\n This implies that the rajas<\/em>-quality (or passion-nature) has been stilled down (or eradicated).<\/span><\/p>\n Hence is he brahma-like. Brahma is \u0101tma.
