Says the Framer of the (Ved\u0101nta) Aphorisms (=the Sutrak\u0101ra=Vy\u0101sa):<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018Inequality (of dispensation) and cruelty,[1.
