Indeed is this the reason, Kaunteya! that the Universe doth revolve.’<\/span><\/p>\n As determined by the merits and demerits of embodied souls (kshetraj\u00f1as<\/em>), My material Nature brings forth all moving and non-moving things, under My supervision (i.e.<\/em>, the decreeing of My will). Also by My willing, conformable to the deeds of embodied souls, does the Universe turn.<\/span><\/p>\n Behold thus (Arjuna!), My Lordly power, (ai\u015bvaram yogam<\/em>, see verse 5<\/a>), or the wonderful manner (of conducting the Universe), by the Son of Vasudeva; My Sovereign Mastership, My Infallible will, My being exempt from the reproach of mercilessness etc. Say the \u015arutis:<\/span><\/p>\n \u2018From this doth the Miracle-worker (M\u0101y\u012b) project all this Kosmos; and in it, the other (\u0101tma) is confined by (His) will (m\u0101y\u0101).\u2019[3.
