Being (instigated) by me (who is the lord), primordial matter creates the world which has movable and immovable objects; due to this reason (of my sankalpa) which is guided by the karmas of jIvAthmAs,the world gets created, grows and gets destroyed.<\/p>\n ‘By Me, the Superintendent, does Nature beget all mutables and immutables. Indeed is this the reason, Kaunteya! that the Universe does revolve.’<\/span><\/p>\n As determined by the merits and demerits of embodied souls (kshetraj\u00f1as<\/em>), My material Nature brings forth all moving and non-moving things, under My supervision (i.e.<\/em>, the decreeing of My will).
