With mind co-ordinated to this resigned contemplation (sany\u0101sa yoga<\/em>), the liberated thou, shalt attain to Me.’<\/span><\/p>\n The yoga or method called sany\u0101sa<\/em>, is the complete surrendering or the offering up of all.
