Chapter 15<\/a><\/p>\n << Chapter 15 verse 4<\/a><\/p>\n Simple<\/a><\/p>\n nirm\u0101na-moh\u0101 jita-sa\u1e45ga-do\u1e63\u0101 ‘That<\/em> enduring state, only those enlightened reach, who are rid of love for non-self;\u2014 those victors over the evils of attachment;\u2014 the soul-absorbed;\u2014 the weaned from lusts;\u2014 the freed from the \u2018pairs\u2019 of joys and griefs;\u2014’<\/span><\/p>\n Attaining to Me as their Shelter or Saviour, they become rid of such illusions as the love of non-self (or non-soul).<\/span><\/p>\n The evils of attachment<\/em> are those of attachment to Gu\u1e47a-impregnate enjoyments. They conquer this.<\/span><\/p>\n Adhy\u0101tma-nity\u0101\u1e25<\/em>: adhy\u0101tma<\/em> is soul-knowledge; whoso are engrossed in that knowledge are the soul-absorbed.<\/span><\/p>\n Lust-weaned<\/em>=Those from whom all other appetites save the one for soul alone, have departed.<\/span><\/p>\n And they become delivered from the \u2018pairs of opposites\u2019 characterized as joys and griefs.<\/span><\/p>\n Enlightened<\/em>=Ripe in the wisdom discriminating between soul-nature and non-soul nature.<\/span><\/p>\n Avyayam padam<\/em>=Enduring state: is the realization of the true nature of \u0101tma, in its unbounded-intelligence-characterized state (or infinitely expanded consciousness).<\/span><\/p>\n To those who claim Me as their Saviour (or Protector), all the several stages of the aforesaid (spiritual) character forming are effected through My sole agency.
