Chapter 16<\/a><\/p>\n << Chapter 16 Verse 20<\/a><\/p>\n thrividham narakasyaitadh dhvAram nASanam Athmana: |<\/em> kAma: – lust These three aspects – lust, anger and greed are the three types of causes to destroy the AthmA leading it to the hell of demoniac nature; thus, these three should be shunned.<\/p>\n ‘Triple is this door to Naraka, compassing souls\u2019 ruin: lust, wrath and greed. Hence shun this triad.’<\/span><\/p>\n The Non-divine (=\u0101sura<\/em>) nature is itself the Infernum (naraka<\/em>). The portal leading to it is triple which is souls\u2019 ruin; viz:<\/em> lust, wrath and greed.
