Chapter 18<\/a><\/p>\n << Chapter 18 Verse 19<\/a><\/p>\n Simple<\/a><\/p>\n sarva-bh\u016bte\u1e63u yenaika\u1e41 ‘That knowledge, know, is S\u0101tvika, by which one seeth the one indestructible reality in all beings, \u2014the indivisible in the divisible.’<\/span><\/p>\n The division<\/em> among beings is the division as Br\u0101hma\u1e47as (the hierarchy), Kshatriyas (the royalty) etc., (Brahmach\u0101ri (student), G\u1e5bihastha (householder) etc., who are all qualified for performing works; and also the divisions (or differences) numerous such as white, tall etc. Seeing the one reality<\/em> is seeing the oneness of the essence of \u0101tma, and seeing it as indivisible<\/em> is by reason of all \u0101tma sharing in common the one attribute of intelligence; and seeing it as indestructible<\/em> or unchangeable amid the destructible or changeable bodies such as that of a Br\u0101hma\u1e47a etc., and also seeing that while in the capacity of performing an act (or ceremony) that the actor (\u2014\u0101tma) has no interest in the fruit of that act.
