Per M.R.Sampatkum\u0101ran: unrefined, that is, not educated in the \u015a\u0101stras.] (<em>pr\u0101krita\u1e25<\/em>) = The not having letters or wisdom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inert (<em>stabdho<\/em>) = The being destitute of inclination to even begin a work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wicked (<em>\u015batha\u1e25<\/em>) = The having a predilection for black magic such as sorcery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deceitful (<em>naik\u1e5bitiko<\/em>) = The character to impose on others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remiss (<em>alasa\u1e25<\/em>) = The being dilatory or lazily slack in a work undertaken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doleful (<em>vish\u0101di<\/em>) = The being always most despondent or gloomy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rancorous (dirgha-s\u016btri) = The harbouring of deep and long vengeance against others towards whom, even witchcraft has been practised.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Such a person is t\u0101masa-Actor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thus has the threefold character been described of the (1) <em>Knowledge<\/em> of work to be done, (2) <em>Act<\/em> that is to be done etc., (3) <em>the Actor<\/em> of the work (<em>vide., <a href=\"https:\/\/githa.koyil.org\/index.php\/18-19-original\/\">Stanza 19<\/a> ante<\/em>).
