But <em>in the end<\/em>, or when by the strength of practice, its singular nature is experienced, it is like nectar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And this Happiness <em>springs from \u0101tma-knowing serenity<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The mind or the understanding which concerns itself with \u0101tma is \u0101tma-knowing mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Serenity<\/em> means the calmness which comes to this mind when all other objects (save \u0101tma) have been divorced from its contemplation.
