abhyAsAdh ramathE yathra dhu:khAntham cha nigachchathi ||

word-by-word meaning

yathra abhyAsAth – being used to the happiness for long
ramathE – attaining great delight
dhu:khAntham cha ni gachchathi – ending all the pains in this samsAram

Simple Translation

With the happiness that one is used to and attaining great delight [due to that happiness], and ending all the pains in this samsAram …

‘Where, one by habit delighteth, and the end of pain reacheth.’

That Happiness, by long habituation thereto, one gradually derives exquisite pleasure by, and finally reaches the end of pain = the termination of the pain of samsāra.
