18.57.5 mac-cittaḥ sarva-durgāṇi (Original)

SrI: SrImathE SatakOpAya nama: SrImathE rAmAnujAya nama: SrImath varavaramunayE nama:

mac-cittaḥ sarva-durgāṇi
mat-prasādāt tariṣyasi

‘Heart set on Me, thou shalt, by My
Grace, overcome all obstacles.’

With heart (chitta or thoughts) placed on Me, (or thy heart given to Me), thou shalt engage in all acts; and by My Grace sole, all samsāra-obstacles shalt thou cross.
