Simple

jarā-maraṇa-mokṣāya
mām āśritya yatanti ye
te brahma tad viduḥ kṛtsnam
adhyātmaṁ karma cākhilam

‘Those who strive for deliverance from dotage and death, (have to) know (1) the Tad-brahma, (2) the whole Adhyātma and (3) all Karma.[4. This technology is fully explained in the Succeeding Lecture, the Eighth.]’

‘Deliverance from dotage and death’ means the disjunction from matter-connections, and achieving ātma-realization in its distinctness therefrom.[5. This aspirant is the Kevali or Soul-Seeker, the jijnāsu of verse 16,
ante. Vide-Commentary (36,000 Īdu) of Bhagavad-Vishaya, Vol I, p: 434.]

Those who seek and worship Me with this object have to know what Tad-brahma[6. This technology is fully explained in the Succeeding Lecture, the Eighth.] is, what the whole Adhyātma[7. This technology is fully explained in the Succeeding Lecture, the Eighth.] is, and what all the Karma[8. This technology is fully explained in the Succeeding Lecture, the Eighth.] is.
