paramam vacha: – supreme word
bhUya: SruNu – hear again;
mE – for me

hitham vakshyAmi – tell what is good for you.

Simple Translation

Hear again my supreme word about bhakthi yOga which is the most secretive amongst the secrets, Due to you being very dear to me, I will tell you what is good for you.

Rendering based on ALkoNdavilli gOvindhAchArya swAmy’s English translation of gIthA bhAshyam

Hearken again to My Supreme Word, the most
secret of all as you are to Me, precious and beloved. So I will tell what is good for you.’

Among these three Paths, Bhakti-Yoga is pre-eminent, and hence it is the most secret, as declared already in :‘To you, who are devoid of malice, I shall disclose this the profoundest secret etc.,’ (Gi: IX-1).

Again do you hear My Word Supreme concerning this topic. Because you are dear to Me and attached to Me, I tell you what is for your good.
