yotsyamānān avekṣe ’haṁ
ya ete ’tra samāgatāḥ
dhārtarāṣṭrasya durbuddher
yuddhe priya-cikīrṣavaḥ

“That I may cast my look on those who are going to fight, come here, as they are, to please the evil-minded Duryodhana.’”
