1.41 adharmābhibhavāt kṛṣṇa (Original)

SrI: SrImathE SatakOpAya nama: SrImathE rAmAnujAya nama: SrImath varavaramunayE nama:

adharmābhibhavāt kṛṣṇa
praduṣyanti kula-striyaḥ
strīṣu duṣṭāsu vārṣṇeya
jāyate varṇa-saṅkaraḥ

When unrighteousness holds sway, Kṛishṇa[3. The 58th and 554th name of God…]! the family-women become scandalized. And when women become evil, Vārshṇeya[4. A name of Kṛishṇa being a descendant of the race called Vṛishṇi…]! the result is the intermingling of castes.
