18.35.5 sukhaṁ tv idānīṁ tri-vidhaṁ (Original)

SrI: SrImathE SatakOpAya nama: SrImathE rAmAnujAya nama: SrImath varavaramunayE nama:

sukhaṁ tv idānīṁ tri-vidhaṁ
śṛṇu me bharatarṣabha

‘Now listen from Me, Bharatarshabha![1. A nom de guerre of Arjuna: The Bull of the Bharata-race.] the three kinds of Happiness.’

All the aforesaid, Knowledge, Act, Actor etc., are with reference to, or to subserve the purpose of, obtaining Happiness. This is of a threefold complexion. Listen:
