sankalpaprabhavAn kAmAms thyakthvA sarvAn aSEshatha: |
manasaivEndhriyagrAmam viniyamya samanthatha: ||

word-by-word meaning

sankalpa prabhavAn – those which occur as a result of one’s mamakAram (ownership, considering oneself to be independent)
sarvAn kAmAn – all desirable objects
aSEshatha: (cha) manasA Eva thyakthvA – completely giving them up in the mind
samanthatha: – from all such desires
indhriya grAmam – collection of senses
viniyamya – turning them away clearly

Simple Translation

Completely giving up all desirable objects in the mind which occur as a result of one’s mamakAram, turning the senses away clearly from all such desires …
