sarvakarmANyapi sadhA kurvANO madhvyapASraya: |
mathprasAdhAdh avApnOthi SASvatham padham avyayam ||

word-by-word meaning

sarva karmANi api – all kAmya karma (actions with expectation for results)
madhvyapASraya: – submitting the doership etc towards me
sadhA kurvANa: – one who always performs
math prasAdhAth – by my grace
SASvatham – eternally present
avyayam – imperishable
padham – me, the goal
avApnOthi – will attain

Simple Translation

One who always performs all kAmya karma (actions with expectation for results), submitting the doership etc towards me, will attain me, the eternally present, imperishable goal, by my grace.

‘Doing all works, at all times, with trust reposed in Me, one, through My Grace, wins the eternal infinite State.’

All works: Not merely the nitya and the naimittika works but all works inclusive of those of the kāmya kind.

Trust reposed in Me = Accrediting Me with or ascribing to Me all Authorship etc.

State = That which is reached (padam) = Goal = Myself. By doing all works (in the manner aforesaid) I am reached, -I who am Eternal (śāsvata in time) and Infinite (avyaya, in space).
