thraividhyA mAm sOmapA: pUthapApA yagyair ishtvA svargathim prArthayanthE |
thE puNyam AsAdhya surEndhralOkam aSnanthi dhivyAn dhivi dhEvabhOgAn ||

word-by-word meaning

thrai vidhyA – absorbed in deeds explained in three vEdhams (but not in vEdhAntham)
sOmapA: – those who drink sOma rasa (which is the remnants of yagya performed to please indhra et al)
pUtha pApA – freed from sins (which are hurdles to reach svarga)
yagyai – through yagyams (sacrifices (focussed on dhEvathAs such as indhra et al))
mAm ishtvA – performed towards me (who is the antharyAmi (indwelling super soul) of such dhEvathAs)
svargathim prArthayanthE – praying (to indhra et al) for svargam
thE – they
puNyam – without worldly sufferings
surEndhra lOkam – the abode of indhra, the chief of dhEvathAs
AsAdhya – reach
dhivi – many places in there
dhivyAn – wonderful pleasures which are better than those on this earth

Simple Translation

Absorbed in deeds explained in three vEdhams (but not in vEdhAntham), those who drink sOma rasa (which is the remnant of yagya performed to please indhra et al), being freed from sins (which are hurdles to reach svarga), through yagyams (sacrifices (focussed on dhEvathAs such as indhra et al)) performed towards me (who is the antharyAmi (indwelling super soul) of such dhEvathAs) and pray (to indhra et al) for svargam, they reach the abode of indhra, the chief of dhEvathAs which is without worldly sufferings, go to many places in there and enjoy the pleasures of dhEvas which are better than those on this earth.
