Simple Translation
Those who surrender unto me only, will cross over this material nature/realm [by my grace].

‘Those alone who resort to Me as their Refuge overcross this māyā.’
Those, who resign themselves to Me alone as their Refuge and Protection, —Me, the Firm-Willed, —Me, the most Merciful, —Me, the Just Shelter to all worlds—, shall be able to cross beyond this guṇa-full māyā. In other words such people abjure māyā, and exclusively devote themselves to Me.
