yathA thvam AthmAnam Aththa – The way you explained about yourself
Evam Ethath – as it is (understood by me)
aiSvaram – having glories such as being the controller of all

dhrashtum ichchAmi (aham) – I desire to see.
Oh sarvESvara! Oh purushOththama! The way you explained about yourself is understood by me as it is. I desire to see your form which is having glories such as being the controller of all.

O Parameśvara[2. The 379th name of Vishṇu = The Supreme Sovereign.]! You did describe Yourself as thus, and as such. And I do desire to realize the same by sight O Ocean of Compassion for Your lieges! —realize Unparalled Sovereign Form, expressive of Your Divine Aspects (or Powers of ruling, protecting, creating, destroying and supporting; of Your being the Harbour of Glorious attributes; of Your Super-excellency; of Your Uniqueness from everything else, etc.
