uthsannakuladharmANAm manushyANAm janArdhana |
narakE niyatham vAsO bhavathIthyanuSuSruma ||

janArdhana – Oh janArdhana!
uthsannakuladharmANAm – those having lost their clan’s practices/traditions
manushyANAm – for the men
narakE – in hellish planets
niyatham vAsa: bhavathi – permanent residence is ordained

Oh janArdhana! we hear that for those men who have lost their clan’s practices/traditions, permanent residence in hellish planets is ordained.
