anantha rUpa – Oh one with limitless forms!
vEththA asi – you are the knower (in all of the world)
vEdhyam cha asi – you are the knowable [that which is to be known]
param cha dhAma asi – you are the great paramapadham (spiritual realm)
viSvam – all this world
thvayA thatham – pervaded by you
Simple Translation
Oh one with limitless forms! You are the knower (in all of the world) and are the knowable [that which is to be known]; you are the great paramapadham (spiritual realm); all this world is pervaded by you.

What in the Universe are the sum of Knowers and the Knowable, You are that. Abiding as Spirit (or Soul) in all, You are the Highest ne plus ultra Goal. All existences, Sentient as well as Insentient, are impregnate with You as (their) Spirit.
