SrI: SrImathE SatakOpAya nama: SrImathE rAmAnujAya nama: SrImath varavaramunayE nama:

na hi prapaśyāmi mamāpanudyād
yac chokam ucchoṣaṇam indriyāṇām
avāpya bhūmāv asapatnam ṛddhaṁ
rājyaṁ surāṇām api cādhipatyam

‘Though I obtain unrivalled sway over this prosperous earth, though I obtain even sovereignty over the Suras[2. Or Devas, the celestials.], I do yet indeed fail to see that which could assuage my sense-withering affliction[3. Meaning affliction or grief which deprives one of his faculties.].’
