EthE sarvE api – All these karma yOgis who are engaged in aforementioned activities starting from dhaiva yagya until prANAyAma
yagya vidha: – are those who know and practice nithya naimiththika karma (activities pertaining to daily and specific occasions) which include pancha mahA yagya.
yagyakshapithakalmashA: – their sins are eradicated by practicing such yagyas.
Simple Translation
All these karma yOgis who are engaged in aforementioned activities starting from dhaiva yagya until prANAyAma, are those who know and practice nithya naimiththika karma (activities pertaining to daily and specific occasions) which include pancha mahA yagya.
