yathrOparamathE chiththam nirudhdham yOgasEvayA |
yathra chaivAthmanAthmAnam paSyan Athmani thushyathi ||

word-by-word meaning

yOga sEvayA – due to practice in yOga (vision of self)
nirudhdham – restrained (from going to external aspects)
chiththam – heart
yathra – in the yOga (of vision of self)
uparamathE – very immersed
yathra cha – in the state of yOga
AthmanA – by the heart
AthmAnam paSyan – having the vision of self
Athmani Eva: – in the self only
thushyathi – one who is joyful

Simple Translation

Due to practice in yOga, with the restrained heart which is immersed in the yOga, in that state of yOga where he is seeing the self by his heart, one who is joyful in the self only….
