yam labdhvA – having attained such yOga
aparam lAbham – any other benefit
thatha: adhikam – greater than that
na manyathE – will not consider (even when away from the state of yOga)
yasmin sthitha: – one who is in the state of such yOga
guruNA api dhu:kEna – even when afflicted with great sorrow
navichAlyathE – not agitated in his mind

Having attained that state of yOga, one will not consider any other benefit greater than that and will not be agitated in his mind even when afflicted with great sorrow…
