avyakthAdh vyakthaya: sarvA: prabhavanthyaharAgamE |
rAthryAgamE praleeyanthE thathraivAvyakthasamjyakE ||

word-by-word meaning

aharAgamE – when (brahmA’s) day begins
sarvA: vyakthaya: – all entities (of the world)
avyakthAth – from (brahmA’s) unmanifested (body)
prabhavanthi – get created;
rAthryAgamE – when (brahmA’s) night begins
avyaktha samjyakE thathraiva – in that brahmA’s body which is known as avyaktha
praleeyanthE – (they) become dissolved

Simple Translation

When (brahmA’s) day begins, all entities (of the world) get created from brahmA’s unmanifested body;  when (brahmA’s) night begins, they become dissolved in that brahmA’s body which is known as avyaktha.
