artha: na – there is no result

sarva bhUthEshu – in all objects (which are transformation of prakruthi (material nature))
arthavyapASraya: – to depend on
kaSchith – anything
na cha (asthi) – not there
Simple Translation
For him who is In this stage of being realized of AthmA, neither there is result for the karmas which were performed [by him] nor he is affected by ill-effects for the karmas which were not performed [by him]. There is nothing for him in all objects (which are transformation of prakruthi (material nature)) to depend on.
