sanniyamyEndhriyagrAmam sarvathra samabudhdhaya: |
thE prApnuvanthi mAm Eva sarvabhUthahithE rathA: ||

indhriya grAmam sanniyamya – restraining the sensory organs such as eyes, from engaging in their activities
sarvathra samabudhdhaya: – having equal mind considering the AthmAs in all bodies are similar (by their gyAnam)
sarva bhUtha hithE rathA: – not thinking ill of any being
[yE thu paryupAsathE – those who worship as the goal]
thE – they too
mAm prApnuvanthi Eva – attain the state of mukthAthmA (liberated soul) which has the same knowledgeable nature as I

Simple Translation

Those who are restraining the sensory organs such as eyes from engaging in their activities, having equal mind considering AthmAs in all bodies are similar (by their gyAnam), not thinking ill of any being, attain the state of liberated soul which has the same knowledgeable nature as I.
