ananthavijayam rAjA kunthIputhrO yudhishtira: |
nakula: sahadhEvaScha sugOshamaNipushpakau ||

kunthIputhra: – son of kunthI
rAjA – and king
yudhishtra: –  dharmaputhra
ananthavijayam – [blew the conch named] ananthavijayam
nakula: sahadhEvaScha – (Sons of mAdhrI) nakula and sahadhEva
sugOshamaNipushpakam – [blew the conches named] sugOsham and maNipushpakam respectively.

Simple Translation

dharmaputhra yudhishtra who is the son of kunthI and who is the king, blew the conch named ananthavijayam. nakuka and sahadhEva (who are sons of mAdhrI) blew their conches named sugOsham and maNipushpakam respectively.
