dhrupadhO dhraupdhESyAScha sarvatha: pruthivIpathE |
saubhadhraScha mahAbAhu: SankAn dhadhmu:pruthak pruthak ||

pruthivI pathE – Oh king dhrutharAshtra!
dhrupadhO – king of pAnchAli
dhraupadhEyA: cha – and the sons of dhraupadhi
mahAbAhu: – one with long hands
saubhadhra: – and abhimanyu
sarvatha: – in all directions
pruthak pruthak – individually
SankAn – their respective conches
dhadhmu: – blew them

Oh king dhrutharAshtra! the king of pAnchAli (dhrupadha), the sons of dhraupadhi and abhimanyu who has long (powerful) hands indvidually blew their respective conches.
