dharmE nashtE kulam kruthsnam adharmO’bhibhavathyutha ||

kula kshayE – when the race is destroyed

sanAthanA: – ancient

kula dharmA: – practices/virtues

praNaSyanthi – are destroyed

dharmE nashtE – when the practices/virtues are destroyed

kruthsnam kulam – the whole race

abhibhavathi – takes over and prevails

Simple Translation

When the race is destroyed, the ancient practices/virtues are destroyed. When the practices/virtues are destroyed, vice takes over the whole race and prevails.
