purusham SASvatham dhivyam AdhidhEvam ajam vibhum ||

word-by-word meaning

SASvatham dhivyam purusham – the eternally existing divine spirit
Adhi dhEvam – the primordial lord
ajam – one who does not take birth (as a result of material desire)
vibhum – omnipresent

Simple Translation

[You are known as] the eternally existing divine spirit, the primordial lord, the one who does not take birth (as a result of material desire) and omnipresent.
