kuthas thvA kaSmalam idham vishamE samupasthitham |
anArya jushṭam asvargyam akIrthikaram arjuna ||

SrI bhagavAn uvAcha – bhagavAn said,
arjuna – Oh arjuna!
anArya jushtam – attained by the foolish ones
asvargyam – that which blocks the heavenly after-life
akIrthikaram – one that is the cause for abomination
