annAdh bhavanthi bhUthAni parjanyAdh annasambhava: |
yagyAdh bhavathi parjanyO yagya: karmasamudbhava: ||

annAdh – from food
bhUthAni – all beings such as dhEva (celestial), manushya (humans) et al
bhavanthi – created;
parjanyAth – from rain
anna sambhava: (bhavathi) – creation of food occurs
yagyAth – from sacrifice
parjanya – rain
bhavathi – occurs
yagya: – sacrifice
karmasamudhbhava: (bhavathi) – is born from karma (righteous actions)

All beings such as dhEva (celestial), manushya (humans) et al are created from food; creation of food occurs from rain; rain occurs as a result of sacrifices; sacrifice is born from karma (righteous actions).
