karma brahmOdhbhavam vidhdhi brahmAksharasamudhbhavam |
thasmAth sarvagatham brahma nithyam yagyE prathishtitham ||

karma – karma (righteous action)
brahmOdhbhavam – born from body
vidhdhi – know that
brahma – body
aksharasamudhbhavam – born from jIvAthmA
thasmAth – thus
sarvagatham – that which is present for everyone
brahma – body
nithyam – always
yagyE prathistitham – is based on [sustained by] yagya

Know that karma (righteous action) is born from body; body is born from jIvAthmA; thus that body which is always present for everyone is based on [sustained by] yagya (sacrifice).
