yasthvAthmarathirEva syAdh AthmathrupthaS cha mAnava: |
AthmanyEva cha santhushtas thasya kAryam na vidhyathE ||

ya: thu mAnava: – that man
Athma rathi: Eva – being engaged in AthmA only
Athmathruptha:cha (Eva) – being satisfied by AthmA only
Athmani Eva – in AthmA only
santhushta: – having attained contentment
syAth – one who stays
thasya – for him
kAryam – karma (actions) to be performed
na vidhyathE – not there

Simple Translation (based on puththUr krishNamAchArya swAmy’s thamizh translation)

For that man who is engaged in AthmA only, who is satisfied by AthmA only, who stays [focussed] on AthmA only having attained contentment, there is no karma (actions) to be performed.
