nammAzhwAr declared in thiruvAimozhi 6.7.1 – “uNNum sORu parugu nIr thinnum veRRilaiyum ellAm kaNNan” (food, water and beetle nuts – sustenance, nourishment and enjoyment – everything is krishNa)

Simple translation
One who sustains himself through meditating upon bhagavAn, seeing him, speaking about him, worshiping him, praising him, singing about him is the one whose life, mind, intellect, senses are engaged in bhagavAn only.

nija karmAdhi bhakthyantham kuryAth prIthyaiva kAritha: |
upAyathAm parithyajya nyasyEdhdhEvE thu thAmabhI: ||

kuryAth – (gyAni who is paramaikAnthi – fully situated in bhagavAn) will perform
abhI: – without fear
thAma – that upAyathvam (being the means)
dhEvE thu – in bhagavAn only
nyasyEth – should be meditated upon
Simple translation
gyAni who is paramaikAnthi (fully situated in bhagavAn) being stimulated with devotion (which will be fitting for bhagavAn who is the natural master for all) will perform all means starting with karma yOgam upto bhakthi yOgam according to ones own varNam and ASramam giving up the attitude of such yOgams being the means [to attain bhagavAn]. That upAyathvam (being the means) should be meditated upon in bhagavAn only without fear.
