asmākaṁ tu viśiṣṭā ye
tān nibodha dvijottama
nāyakā mama sainyasya
saṁjñārthaṁ tān bravīmi te

“Know, now, Dvija-chief![4. Dvija = twice-born, the Brāhmaṇa, and other classes invested with the sacred thread.] the chief men in our ranks. The commanders of my army, let me name to thee.”
