word-by-word meaning

yAbhi: vibhUthibhi: – with those glories
imAn lOkAn – these worlds
thvam – you
vyApya thishtasi – shining by pervading
dhivyA: AthmavibhUthaya (yA) – those amazing glories which are unique to you
(thA – those)
aSEshENa vakthum arhasi hi – you have to reveal without missing any of them.

Simple Translation

You alone have to reveal those amazing glories which are unique to you without missing any of them, the glories with which you are shining by pervading all these worlds.

Rendering based on ALkoNdavilli gOvindhAchArya swAmy’s English translation of gIthA bhAshyam

‘You alone are fit to tell Your own glories, —glories wherewith You abide by filling all those worlds.’

Whatever glories (or wondrous works) there be, that are peculiar, to Yourself, You alone are capable of describing them, i.e., displaying them. They are glories endless; and You, conversant with the ways of governing all these worlds, pervade them as the Governor, and abide therein.
